Birth isn’t just about having a baby, but about the transformation that is experienced within the mind and body during the birthing process. You cannot control birth, for it controls you. You must surrender yourself and trust the process along the way. You won’t be alone throughout this transformation of maiden to mother—a rebirth.
When you work with me, you’ll have a dedicated, empathetic, caring doula right by your side to help support you both physically and emotionally as you ride the waves of labor so you’ll have continuous support throughout labor and postpartum. I will not replace your partner’s support, but rather compliment it, while also supporting your partner’s needs along the way!
I want you to feel so empowered by the inner strength you possess that you find a deep appreciation for your body. After all, you’ve worked hard to make a tiny human from scratch, and that should be celebrated.

I’m a huge advocate for informed decision-making, especially when it comes to birth. There are no do-overs in birth, and you should be in charge. That’s why I’m here to support you, as well as provide resources and education to help get you closer to achieving the birth of your dreams. I’ll help you carefully curate a birth plan so you’ll be more prepared for birth and I’ll explain your birthing options so you can choose what’s best for you and your baby. If a situation arises and your plans need to change, I will be there to assist you in navigating these changes so you can make informed decisions about how to proceed and I’ll be there to help you process these changes emotionally.

No matter how you choose to birth, I’ll respect your decisions. C-section, epidural, vaginal birth, unmedicated, VBAC, freebirth, you name it. I’m right here with you.
